This spectacular day out starts with tea or coffee before a unique tour at H. Forman & Son’s renowned smokehouse. Your guided tour takes you behind the scenes of Britain’s Oldest Smokery were traditional methods of curing and carving are still used to produce the world’s finest smoked Scottish salmon. Afterwards depart from Forman’s private pier for a tranquil cruise through some of East London’s rivers to the beautifully landscaped gardens of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. As you glide along you can enjoy your picnic lunch which includes a famous Forman’s London cure smoked salmon bagel (a non-fish bagel is available).
